I have seen certain leaders who continuously put their men through trials and strain. This might encourage selfish behavior inside the team, which is undesirable. The third is to make choices affecting the team in a fair and honest manner. Consequently, these are the small things that count.</p>
<p>He said that Babar is superior in terms of player respect and contributions to their respective teams.</p>
