Learn About V-Pay From Bajaj Allianz General Insurance’s New Motor Insurance Plan

Private general insurer Bajaj Allianz General Insurance in India recently announced the introduction of their new automobile insurance product, known as “V-Pay.” The firm claims that V-Pay is a first-of-its-kind, all-in-one solution that gives clients an add-on that covers all of their vehicle insurance requirements rather than letting them choose from a variety of fragmented covers, guaranteeing that their car is covered against all significant risks.

Describe V-Pay.

The Elite plan, available via V-Pay add-on insurance, contains 22 built-in features that give a balanced solution for the insured’s vehicle, taking into account both traditional hazards and newly developing concerns. Currently, clients must notify the insurance carrier of their claim right away in the event of any small vehicle damage or loss. The V-Pay add-on’s Smart Repair option, which allows customers to submit numerous small paint chips and/or scratches at any point throughout the policy term, the business claimed in a statement, tackles this issue.<img decoding=”async” class=”alignnone wp-image-91219″ src=”×422.png” alt=”” width=”1480″ height=”833″ srcset=”×422.png 750w,×576.png 1024w,×432.png 768w,×864.png 1536w,×220.png 390w,×84.png 150w, 1600w” sizes=”(max-width: 1480px) 100vw, 1480px” />

It further said that V-Pay covers mechanical and electrical failures that are not caused by accidents, which are normally not covered by regular auto insurance plans. The Recalibration function offers safety for the vehicle’s digital sensing devices, which is important given the rise of linked automobiles and their dependence on sophisticated driver aid systems. According to the usual terms and conditions of current vehicle insurance contracts, clients are required to pay a mandatory deductible.

Where Can I Buy V-Pay?

Private automobile owners have the option of adding V-Pay add-on coverage to their basic Own Damage (OD) coverage with a policy duration that extends beyond the base policy’s policy period. Customers have the option of choosing this option when buying a new motor insurance OD coverage or when renewing their current motor insurance policy.

“Addressing customer concerns and pain points has always been the driving force behind every innovation that we develop,” said Tapan Singhel, MD and CEO of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. Numerous add-on policies are available for motor insurance, but picking the best one might be difficult. Similar to claims, it may be confusing for consumers to know what is covered by their policy and what they are responsible for paying out of pocket.

Our revolutionary add-on, V-Pay, automates the whole process—from acquiring the policy to a hassle-free claim settlement—in order to allay these worries. The V-Pay add-on will significantly ease the lives of our consumers with its 360-degree coverage. To provide them total piece of mind, we fulfill our promises, Singhel said.
